SMS Text Message Program

Lenaya Health sends one kind of text message: a 6-digit verification code, and only when you ask for one. We do not send marketing texts, promotional texts, or automated alerts of any kind.

How you opt in
Opt-in happens inside the signed-in application. A number cannot receive a text from us until every one of these steps is completed by the account holder:
- Sign in at app.lenayahealth.com, or open the Lenaya Health app on iPhone.
- Go to Account.
- Enter a mobile number under Add phone number.
- Tick the box that says “I agree to receive a one-time verification code by text message from Lenaya Health at the number above.” This box is not ticked for you, the disclosures sit beside it, and the next step cannot be taken until you tick it.
- Press Send code.
- Enter the 6-digit code from the text to confirm the number is yours.
Adding a phone number is optional. Lenaya Health can be used without one, and changing the number clears the agreement so it has to be given again for the new number.

How to stop messages, or get help
- Stop: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts from us. You can also remove your mobile number at any time in Account, which stops them just as completely.
- Help: reply HELP, or email support@lenayahealth.com.
Privacy
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used only to send the verification codes you request and to support that, and it is shared only with the messaging provider that delivers them on our behalf.
