For patients — and the families who care for them
Understand every doctor visit — and never face it alone.
Lenaya records the appointment, explains it back in plain language, and hands you a simple to-do list, built from what your own doctor said. Your family can read the same recap from anywhere and ask their own questions.
Your first 3 months are free on Core with Care Circle. After that it’s $10 a month plus applicable sales tax. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you won’t be charged anything.

Why Lenaya exists
The gap opens the moment the door closes.
Nobody walks out of an appointment with all of it. You were worried, and worry is very good at pushing out detail.
In the car, twenty minutes later
- Something about the blood pressure pill…
- Was it twice a day, or three?
- Did she say to stop the other one?
- There was a referral… for what?
- I’ll call the office tomorrow and ask again.
In Lenaya, the same visit
-
Take the blood pressure pill twice a day Morning and night, with food
-
Stop the water pill for now Dr. Ramirez will review it at the next visit
-
Blood draw before the follow-up Any lab, no appointment needed
-
Referral to the sleep clinic Their office is sending it — call if you don’t hear by Friday

How it works
Four steps, and only the first one happens at the doctor’s office.
Start the recording
One tap when the visit begins. Nothing is ever recorded unless you start it yourself.
Read the recap
The whole conversation, written the way you would explain it to someone at home.
Work the to-do list
Referrals to make, appointments to book, medicines to pick up, what to do at home.
Ask anything, later
Thought of a question in the parking lot? Ask it. Answers come only from your own records.
Grounded in your own care
Your doctor’s words, not the internet’s.
Lenaya does not look anything up. The recap, the to-do list and every answer are built from the recording of your appointment and the paperwork your own clinicians handed you. That is what makes them about you.
- Your doctor’s instructions, in your doctor’s words.
- Your labs and after-visit notes, read alongside the visit they belong to, so a number means what your clinician said it means.
- If your records don’t answer something, Lenaya says so instead of guessing.
Plain language
Nobody explains the words. Lenaya does.
A lot of what makes an appointment hard to carry home is that it was said in words nobody stopped to explain. Lenaya writes them out in plain English, using the terms your own clinicians used.
- “You’ll be NPO after midnight.” Nothing to eat or drink after midnight. That includes water.
- “We’ll get a CBC and a CMP.” Two routine blood tests. One counts the cells in your blood; the other checks things like your kidneys, liver and salts.
- “It’s idiopathic.” We don’t know what is causing it. It is a real word for an honest shrug.
- “Take one PRN.” Take it only when you need it, not on a set schedule.
- “The biopsy was benign.” It is not cancer.
- “Follow up with your PCP, and we’ll see you back in two.” Make an appointment with your regular doctor, and come back to this office in two weeks.
Examples, to show the idea. Lenaya explains the words your own clinicians used, in the context of your own visit — and it is explaining language, not giving you medical advice.
Care Circle
Nobody should be piecing this together from a phone call.
Two siblings in different states. A daughter who couldn’t get off work. A husband who was in the waiting room and didn’t hear it either. Invite them, and everyone reads the same recap and asks their own questions.
- Whoever is in the room records it for everyone who couldn’t be.
- Everyone gets the same answers, so nobody is relaying half of it secondhand.
- Caring for someone who can’t use the app? Record beside them, and the whole circle stays with them.
For doctors and providers
From the provider’s side: fewer visits spent repeating the last one.
Lenaya is built with practising physicians. The problem was never the appointment — it is the week afterwards, when the plan has faded and the patient is guessing. Lenaya closes that gap, and everyone on this side of the desk feels it.
It backs you up, it doesn’t second-guess you
Lenaya answers only from the patient’s own visit and their own documents — never the open internet. So it repeats and clarifies what you said, instead of surfacing conflicting advice that sends people back confused.
It never plays doctor
Lenaya explains and organizes; it does not diagnose, recommend, or contradict the care plan. It reflects the visit back to the patient — nothing more — so it stays firmly in your lane.
Fewer follow-ups that go nowhere
A lot of return visits exist only to re-explain the last one. When the plan leaves the room in writing and in plain language, the clarification-only appointments — the ones that make no clinical progress — largely stop being necessary.
More of your time for what’s new
When patients aren’t leaning on the next visit to rebuild what was already decided, your time goes to new symptoms and real changes — not to rehashing a plan you already gave.
Fewer avoidable readmissions
Many hospital stays trace back to something simple: a medication not taken, a step skipped, a warning sign missed. A plan the patient and their family can actually follow at home keeps some of those people out of a bed.
Less waste across the system
For payers, the spend that moves nothing forward — repeat clarification visits, avoidable admissions, care that only re-covers old ground — is exactly what a well-carried-home visit is designed to reduce.
Try it on your next appointment.
Core with Care Circle is free for three months. After that it is $10 a month plus applicable sales tax: $8 for Core and $2 to bring your family in.
Your information
Why we ask for your information
We only ask for what the app needs to work. Here is every request and the reason for it.
| What we request | Why |
|---|---|
| Your Google account name and email | To create and sign you into your account. This is the only information we receive from Google. We do not read your Gmail, contacts, calendar, or files. |
| Microphone access | To record an appointment when you choose to start a recording. Nothing is recorded unless you start it. |
| Camera access | Only if you photograph a paper document to upload it. |
| Documents you upload | To extract lab values and instructions so the app can answer questions about them. |
| Phone number (optional) | To send a verification code if you choose to add one. |
| Payment details | Handled by our payment processor for paid plans. We never store your card number. |
We do not sell your information, and we do not use your recordings, documents, or health information to train AI models. Your information is shared only with the people you personally invite into your Care Circle, and with the service providers that run the app on our behalf.
Read the full Privacy Policy for how long we keep your information, how to delete it, and who our service providers are.
Privacy and security
HIPAA doesn’t cover us. We use it as our yardstick anyway.
HIPAA protects the records most doctors keep. It doesn’t cover an app that works for you rather than for your doctor, but we use its security standard as our yardstick anyway.
- You control your Care Circle. Family and friends can see your visits only if they are invited into it.
- No password to steal. You sign in with your Google account.
- Encrypted on the way and where we keep it.
